How reliable are my tests and how dangerous was my exposure?

I'm from Brazil so sorry abouy my English. I had a exposure with a CSW 17 days ago. My exposure was unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal sex then unprotected oral sex again and finally protected anal sex. But I'm not certainly about the condom's integrity and I was with candidiasis. She used lubrificant.

Today I have so much pain in my legs, probably artrhalgia and I'm very, very afraid. I asked her to get tested, but she refused. I did a PCR RNA Abbot Real Time <40 copies (Not Detected) 9 days and 16 hours after exposure and 4th Generation CMIA 16 days after exposure.

Can someone answer me if my tests tell something? I'm thinking in jump in front of a bus or train. I'm a idiot! I can't wait one more week to get tested!

You had no risk for HIV. This is clearly not an hiv issue but rather a severe health anxiety issue on your part. The only way to solve this is to get therapy to help you overcome your irrational phobia.

Hello, guys!

I noticed that I have some warts in my pubic skin, also in base of the penis and a very very small war in my penis' foreskin since a year or more ago. Anything change? I have no fever, headache etc, just joint paint and fatigue. I went to a doctor and he said that the HIV can pass through this wounds in my pubic skin and penis' foreskin and also my mouth. He said that I have to wait 3 months to take another test. He scared me!

I'm 22 days from the exposure. Can I take another 4th generation test now and rest easy?

also through wounds in my mouth by kissing****
The only science you believe in is your own science fiction theories, so see a therapist because your thinking is irrational.
Not really, AXN. This situation is so bad. If I’m negative, i’ll never have sex again.  I wanna believe that I’m not in any risk, but it’s so hard.  Now, I’m with fever, fatigue and weak and I can’t put off hiv from my mind. Sorry :/
The only science you believe in is your own science fiction theories, so sprint off this thread and  take it to a therapist because your thinking is irrational. You don't have any medical training but are pretending to yourself that you can diagnose disease and pretending that your science fiction theory makes sense.
See the therapist because this mental health issue can get worse with time. Also reread about unrealistic.

Any time you take a test will be conclusive since you did not have a risk. Please see a therapist for your anxiety, it's not usual to test for a non risky scenario. Especially, an RNA PCR was unwarranted, it is only recommended for someone who had an exposure with a known positive person. Infact, an undetected result is a fantastic indicator that there is no presence of virus for some one with a real risk. If you can't believe that, how will you believe any thing else?

The fact of the matter is you don't have an HIV concern, you have anxiety issues, please treat that instead of wasting your money on further testing.

Thank you, Mike! I'm better now. I usually don't believe in the condom's efficiency or always think that the condom had holes or broke.
Hey, Mike! Sorry to ask again, but I'm not well in this weekend and I found two cases in this forum in which people said that they cactching HIV trhough unprotected oral or protected sex and one of them post this tests to Doctor Handsfield.

I have a lot of concern because I'm with diarrhea, swollen lymph nodes and sore throat. But no fever. So even in a no risk exposure, rare event happens and I don't know if I can believe in my tests since I did in the window period. I'm very sad. Do you have an idea of how much accurate in % my tests are?

I swear that's my last question! I'm very afraid!
You didn't have a risk. Oral sex and protected vaginal or anal sex is not a risk.

I am going to quote my earlier response again for your reference because I assume you didn't read it well.

"Especially, an RNA PCR was unwarranted, it is only recommended for someone who had an exposure with a known positive person. Infact, an undetected result is a fantastic indicator that there is no presence of virus for some one with a real risk. If you can't believe that, how will you believe any thing else? "

The problem here is paranoia, we can't help you with that because this forum is specific to HIV prevention, your symptoms are psychosomatic, you need to see a therapist to deal with this.

I forgot to mention that we performed french kissing a lot and I have gengivitis. Make any difference? Is there any risk in this activity?

This answers all of your HIV questions, and if you can think of any more just reread about the 3. You had zero risk therefore  testing is irrelevant to your situation because you had zero risk. HIV is a fragile virus, which is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis
3. sharing needles that you inject with.
The only way to get HIV is if you did one of the 3. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. Doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor, therefore no one will get HIV from what you did in the next 40 years of your life either. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so no detail that you can add to your encounter will change it from zero risk.
If you didn't have one of the 3 then you are just worrying about your own hiv theory - which is unrealistic for you to think that can become reality - so you should move on back to your happy life instead.
She is the last person I would kiss because she can pass on flu from kissing every guy in town.
and what about my symptoms? I read about people catching HIV using condom too. Do you think that my tests are reliable?
You can read anything but we rely on expert doctors so don't look at websites that use theoretical risks that have never manifested in 40 years otherwise we will waste all day arguing.
Regarding your symptoms, reread about "unrealistic".
Also see the doctor who diagnosed you with arthralgia instead of trying to work up an arthralgia  hiv theory.
I will see him. Is it normal someone with ARS had only tha symptom?

And the last question: if I had caught HIV my tests would already be positive?

Thank you so much!
Your questions are never ending and make zero sense. Move on and stop googling hiv cold turkey instead of thinking you can be like a doctor.
Also reread about "unrealistic" because your questions indicate that you didn't do that when I asked you to reread before.
Oh...ok! Thank you.

I’m still anxious because the tests. I just wanna a conclusive result to feel free.
The only science you believe in is your own science fiction theories, so see a therapist because your thinking is irrational.
