Urgent Help Needed Please!! My HIV Test Results

Good evening. I had a possible exposure to HIV recently. On the 16th day post exposure, I had a fourth generation test and an HIV 1 RNA Qualitative test and the results for both of them were negative.

based on my results:

1- how reliable/accurate are my results since I took both of these tests on the 16th day post exposure?
2- can I consider myself free from the infection based on these results?
3- is there any need to take any further tests in the future?

thank you so much to all of you in advance. I need your honest and reliable answers to my questions please.

Since you had no risk there is nothing to worry about, and no reason to study any HIV test that you wasted your time taking - which is a good thing.

In your case both tests provided the correct negative answer, just like any test to see if she made you pregnant would give you a correct negative - no risk=no disease=no reason to test.

What was the possible exposure?
it was unprotected vaginal sex Sir
The 4th gen was too early. Why didn't you ask the clinic if RNA was conclusive when they gave it to you?
I asked them but they didn't know for sure. That's why I tried to find answers here about the reliability of the RNA test done at 16 days post exposure. Could you please tell me how reliable and accurate is it at 16 days?
I'm sorry for my typo Sir. It was protected vaginal sex but I have no idea if the condom did fail or not. Condom failure also includes the small holes in the condom as a result of friction. I did not have any big tears at the end of the sexual act because I have checked it myself but since it was dark, I couldn't see if there was any of these small tears or holes in it.
Did she supply the condom? If so, maybe she  always uses one so would be negative.

Irregardless of whether she is positive, you can't get HIV when you used a condom.

Micro holes in condoms are a myth. If a condom fails it is always a large rip down the seam and it hangs in tatters, so both of you would immediately know it and be very worried about the other person's status.
So that didn't happen which means your tests were a waste of time - which is a good thing. Time to move on from HIV fears.
Yes she did. She is a sex worker actually which increases her chances of contracting the virus or already having it. That's the concerning thing Sir.
Sir can I upload a picture here so you can take a look at it? The picture shows a condom filled with water and there is tiny hole at the tip of the condom and due to this hole, the condom was draining water from the tip. Also, the condom in the picture seems to be intact without the noticeable big tear you have mentioned. I will paste the URL of the picture so please take a look at it. The picture is available in Google though.

And this is also another picture for the same incident:

You see Sir? You can barely see these small cuts in this situation.
If you need to see more examples of what I am trying to say or explain, please type "condom leaking" in Google pictures section and take a look at some displayed examples there.
I don't look at pictures because this is not a diagnostic forum. Your doctor can look.

It doesn't matter that she is a sex worker so that is irrelevant.
If she supplied a condom then it cost her money. A positive person would not pay for a condom.
So my chance of contracting the virus is basically zero percent? And what about the reliability of the RNA test at 16 days Sir?
I  believe RNA can give false readings so hopefully someone can comment on that.
