1. Risk: unprotected anal sex with a man.
2. Three month ago.
3. I am female. 4 . I did antibodies test. It is negative. But I also want to know what this RNA test mean.

An RNA test is not accurate at this time, so it is pointless to take it or read it now.  It was negative anyway.

You did antibody test after three months? If so, THAT test is conclusive and you should stop testing.  You are negative for HIV.
