I am so anxious

Eating ice cream was preserved in refrigerator for three months , my girl friend which is hiv was eating from it with me and what if there was a blood on the ice-cream as i have just known now that she is hiv

I see you have asked questions before and have been fully advised on how HIV is transmitted, but in case you have forgotten, the only risks for HIV transmission in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles.

There is no other event, including the one you described, that would put you at risk for HIV.

When i read here that hiv blood was kept in refrigerator and the virus is alive in frozen blood i Became paranoid and so fear,

I already advised you that you were never at risk for HIV, and the ONLY TWO risks for HIV.  There's no reason for me, or any other member here, to keep repeating that.
