I had unprotected sex with a hooker

First of everything thanks for reading this. I had unprotected sex with a hooker on 11th of December this year. I don't know if she was infected with AIDS or HIV virus. I was worried so I went on to a laboratory to have this HIV test and it came out as -ive but then the in-charge there told me that it will take atleast 3 months to actually detect the virus if you are infected.
I am really worried, its been around 2 weeks now, since the incident happened. I want to ask few things here, are there any immediate effects of being infected? (As so far I am normal, I got no cold no sickness at all.) Is there any other test you would advice me to take to be 100% sure if I am affected or not.
Also is there a possibility, that if after 3 months I come out as -ive I might be still infected? (as if the virus might be inactive and they might not be able to detect it?)
Also just for knowledge, are there any immediate medicines I should have taken which would have prevented me from getting infected if the girl with whom I had sex was infected.

I had this vaginal sex with her, though it lasted for about a minute and wasn't that deep, but still. Also I took my penis out when I was ejaculating.
This is for the first time I had it unprotected sex with a hooker, though previously I had it for 3 times unprotected with my exgirlfriend which ofc wasn't HIV +ive.
