I have an issue with the Condom that the escort used.

Yesterday I visited an escort and had protected sex with her. The condoms did not break and was intact through out the session. But the issue is I didn't see her taking the condom from a wrapper, instead she had it already opened in her bag . Even though the condom looked like a new one (like all rolled up), I am worried about any vaginal fluids or blood inside the condom. Provided there was vaginal fluid or blood inside, would that put me at risk for HIV? PLEASE HELP.

The ring at the base prevents anything from getting inside the condom, so there are no worries for you. She knows that because she is only concerned about protecting herself (which conveniently protects you from her too) when she pays money for condoms. That is why no one ever got hiv when they used an intact condom, and why she is likely negative, otherwise she wouldn't waste her money on a condom.

Thanks for your answer. Since it is already unwrapped and outside I am more worried about the presence of any vaginal fluids or blood even before I wore the condom. Is it a risk if the condom had something and I wore it with the fluids inside it
That isn't logical.  We are not able to address or assist with irrational thoughts.  There were no fluids inside the condom, and why would there be?  Condoms aren't re-used.  A re-used condom would have a great chance of breaking, so why would she bother to supply a condom knowing it could break and put her at risk? None of what you're asking is rational.
Further to the curfew comment, HIV is effectively instantly dead in air so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and that which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them either, to be sure that you are safe.
But since she already explained why no one would reuse the condom my post is just overkill to help you forget the encounter faster.
Thanks for the detailed explanation. Ok
