This is not a muscle or pain forum. See your doc if you are convinced your pain is real since it has nothing to do with a disease you were not even exposed to.
Hey, this isn't a risk. NO matter what you read on the internet, there has not been a single case of HIV that is proven and documented for HIV being passed by giving or receiving oral sex. It doesn't happen in real life. The reason is that air and saliva inactivate the virus. The only risks for HIV transmission are having unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse or sharing IV drug needles. So, you were absolutely not at risk for HIV from this. Sore throats are usually something that happens as a virus that can be caught just talking to someone. Covid in fact has sore throats as a symptom and we know that we are in the middle of a pandemic. HIV is not diagnosed by symptoms and you can not have HIV since you had NO RISK.
Ignore the part of my post about condom. Here is the entire post fixed.
Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air ( mouth, lips, blood, saliva etc.). No hiv worries, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this question. Did I do any of the 3? Then after you say "No, I didn't" then it's time to move on back to your happy life.
Your attempt to prevent infection by washing dead hiv was a waste of time. Move on back to your happy life and forget about these non-events.

You can't get hiv when you use a condom. If a condom fails it is a large rip down the seam so it hangs in tatters and is difficult to take off. Obviously that didn't happen or you would know. Your attempt to prevent infection by washing dead hiv was a waste of time. Move on and forget about these non-events.
