I need help!

Alright , i reallywant to get this out of my chest and head!!So here's my crazy or wierd desperate story. 7 months ago I had sex with a Commercial sex worker. Upon my arrival she checked my body and my penis and we had protected sex and oral. 6 weeks after ,I had a small sore throat that lasted 6 days. During that time i visited the hospital to get tested but they told me I had used a condom and that it was considered a super low risk so I didn't need to test because hiv isn't common in Montreal ( canada). But they tested me for gonorrhea and chlymomemadia whatever it's called. I also went to a psychologist because I was kinda depressed and going crazy for 3 months and well he told me that it was all in my head and that she pulled a condom because she wanted to also be protected. The thing is a month or two after my exposure with the CSW I had these pimples on my thigh I'm not sure if I had them before sex or after because they looked dried and a bit redish but from the looks of it , according to google it looks like ingrown hair or folliculitis ( which is a symptom rash for HIV) I counted like 7 or 8 of them on both my thigh and since then they haven't disappear which freaks me out because everytime i look at my leg I see those pimple or rash that never go away I tried some cream from the pharmacy but nothing. I am really afraid because of that. Apart from that during the 7 months I also had 2 times a sore throat followed by 2 ulcers but neither of them lasted longer then 6 days maybe a week tops.a nurse told me that if I was able to get a cold and be better before a week that meant i didn't have HIV because people with HIV cant recover from small sore throats.anyways the pimple or rash on my thighs is what pretty much is making me go crazy. Ive seen two other nurses and they told me I didn't need to test. Sometimes I feel like maybe that prostitute used the wrong condom like the lambskin but I'm 100% the condom was intact and never slipped or broke. Now my question is should I test myself? Or should I just move on and try to live a normal life without looking a these symptoms. Thanks I would much appreciate if anyone can give me an opinion because I'm constantly fighting against my thoughts and feeling. Sorry if this was long lol

When you are 100% sure that the condom didn't fail, then there is no reason to be scared of HIV. Again, it seems like you are high on anxiety which also causes sores in mouth. Anxiety can cause so many real physical symptoms, you could never have imagined. Regarding the folliculitis, it's not a sign of HIV. It's very common on the thighs because both of your thighs inner skin rub with each other while walking. The also get in frictional contact with your trousers, so they are pretty common. That's not at all a concern. You are absolutely fine. However, if you had unprotected oral sex, then you should have got the std panel test, just to be sure. But when the professional medical specialists denied for the tests, there must be some reason.
However, if you are not able to get control of your anxieties, it's better to get tested and seal those irrational fear under the earth one and for all. As the incident was 7 months old, you may choose any hiv test and it willl be conclusive at one go. All the best..

Thank you for your reply!
And I forgot to mention  I had protected oral sex . My mind plays too much game unfortunately . Testing is definitely a good way to give myself a peace of mind but it's the  fact that my pimples on my thigh doesnt go away( they are on top and on a side but not on the inner part). I also dont want to get into that loop of testing multiple times. Those pimples have been there for now 4 months.. or maybe even before i had sex lol.
Oral is not a risk for HIV so protection is not necessary to prevent HIV.
Lambskin is expensive and she bought the condom to protect herself from her clients (not to protect you), so she would never buy lambskin.
If a condom fails it is a large rip down the seam and it hangs in tatters so that didn't happen. You are safe because there is nothing to test for so you should enjoy your life.
