I need opinions on my risk exposure and symptoms.

I gave protected oral sex and received protected anal sex 11 days ago with a man with no ejaculation in the body. I verified that the condom stayed on the entire time and did not break.  He claims to be negative but it is not verified. Body aches and fatigue 6 days ago with low grade fever. Swollen lymph nodes behind my ears (bean) and under my chin (almond). Yes I am sure they are swollen. I am puzzled by this because I thought I had a safe exposure.  Does anyone know of someone contracting HIV like this?  Any thoughts about contracting the virus via preejaculate? Most websites point right to HIV with swollen lymph nodes.  I had a hiv test on Monday that should be back tomorrow. However, I’m not sure if it will be dependable due to the short timeframe.

I’m just worried about what is causing the symptoms.  I thought the same thing. How could I be exposed? Then everything I read says it’s HIV.  It is difficult to digest everything that comes up in online searches. I can’t think of anything else it could be.  Thanks for the response.
You're looking at the wrong websites then, because anyone who knows about HIV knows that it can't be diagnosed by symptoms. And furthermore that only risk factor (which yours was zero) and test results, if applicable, count in diagnosing HIV.
