I received oral sex

Hi sir. Iam 43 years old .. was receiving massage, the therapist  did oral sex  for me ( do not know  her and it seems she is used to such things, sexually active) , she put my penis inside her mouth .  Before ejaculation she used her hand. I guess it was less than 5 minutes ... this is 1st time for me and i really did not want things to run that way.... i feel scary and sorry for what happened.
What is the risk of getting infection by hiv and other stds.
- what should i do ? How to exclude trabsmission of any disease.
Plz advise sir

You didn't have a risk, so do not worry. The only risks for HIV include having unprotected vaginal or anal sex (penetration without condom) and sharing IV drug needles. Saliva and air inactivate the virus.  So, oral sex and hand job will not result in transmission. You have nothing to worry about so rest easy.

You do not advise to do investigation or to start post exposure prophylaxis ?
No, you had no risk at all.  You are not going to get HIV from your exposure.  NO need to test or worry.
Reread about 40 and dead. There is nothing to test for since dead virus can't infect you.
Thank you.
I believe what you mention is truth but honestly i was very stresses , unable to sleep
I started PEP after discussion with health care consultant.. he gave me indian medication 30 pills. I know well that virus inactive in saliva and no real actual reported cases for oral , but even though i was very noxious.
After i start PEP i feel  better psychologically and was able to sleep.honestly still stressed to some extent but less than before PEP
My questions and i hope you accept me to ask
-is there any blood test to do to check PEP side efffects?
-lONG term side effects of PEP
-DO you recommend me any thing to do else.
-Who has protocol for PEP ..why not to be started easily in any suspicious cases , is it side effects ? Or price? It seems still not available in many countries.

You don't make any sense, because you have ignored all the advice here and said that you know better, so why are you asking for more advice when the only person you believe is some nutty "health care consultant" in your country?
"-Do you recommend me any thing to do else."  You don't have hiv, so there is nothing to recommend. You can test whenever it makes you feel safe because you don't have hiv so you will always test negative.
You should google the side effects because you don't believe anything we have told you.
See a mental health therapist because you don't make any sense.

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  ( fingers, lips, mouth, maybe liquids, etc.). You will be happy to learn that you had no risk, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you say "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
No one got hiv from what you did during 40 years of hiv history and no one will get it in the next 40 years of your life either. You can do what you did any time and be safe.
