The doctor told me that.

^ the test pcr will detect the virus in the blood, if it exists and If you had infection the antibodies will consist.
If we do not discover the antibodies, we will detect the virus.
It is currently 79 of exposure.

Pcr RNA is for screening of blood , Not  for diagnostic purpose .
after 12 weeks a negative  antibiody test is enough to prove you are negative.

I went to the doctor and I explained to him my case and symptoms that I was hit and advised me to go to any medical laboratory and do two tests   (antibodies and pcr RNA).

He said if both are negative I have to forget about HIV and look for the cause of  symptoms away from HIV.

Can I trust his words? Now is  79 day of exposure.

Okay, you did have an exposure, as your 11 week test is negative, you are good. Your 12 week result is not going to be any different. Dont worry.

Your test at 11 weeks, this test is not going to change. Though a test at 12-13 weeks is considered fully conclusive. You are -ve.

They are the same symptoms of 1000 other illnesses. The only way to know your status is by testing.
