Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air (her body) which is not a risk for hiv. No worries, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air and saliva and is effectively instantly dead in air so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.

Sorry what do u mean with an object in air?
(her body) is the object in air or her fluids etc. because only hte head needs protection and that was done with the condom. hiv prevention is straightforward and you are safe, so I hope you are able to enjoy your life after learning that you can't have hiv.

You were never at risk since you used a condom. Oral sex is not a risk. Your tediously rigorous testing only points towards anxiety. I understand what you are trying to convey from your post, you doubt contracting HPV from this exposure. It's a much easier virus to contract through surface unlike HIV. Condom ensured your safety.

I urge you to see a therapist for your paranoia. You weren't t risk, testing was not necessary.

"I am worry that the condom failed " No worries, if a condom fails it rips down the seam and hangs in tatters and you both would notice it since it's hard to take off with the ring holding it on.
Thank you so much Mike for your reply.
You are right. I doubt contracting HPV from that exposure cause  I got HPV and sth seems like HSV2 even with condom , so I am worry that the condom failed and might at risk of HIV? Besides I shaved my hair down there during that time of period and I’m not sure was there any cuts with the skin
Dear AnxiousNoMore
I’m just really no idea why was it that easy to got HPV and sth like HSV2 easily even with condom on , it all making me worry I’m at risk of HIV . How accurate are those tests like 4th gen at 21 and 46 days ? Also, 4 self tests after 12-13 weeks ?
" I shaved my hair down there during that time of period and I’m not sure was there any cuts with the skin" Cuts are not a risk for hiv.
I mean open cut / skin break?
Reread below about relevant.

I would avoid encounters with people you don't live with because of the great risk to you or possibly your loved ones of contracting Covid.
In case you are not social distancing at present here is that forum. https://www.medhelp.org/forums/Coronavirus/show/2203

I had a one night stand with a girl  Who I met in a club with condom and two days after I had symptoms of hsv 2. I went to see a doctor. He said that’s hsv 2 and I got test at 21 days with full STD tests. It came back all negative but HPV 56 pos . Few weeks later at 45 days I done the same full STD tests again and the result was same . Afterward I done a lot of self test all negative but I’m still worry am I HIV free now ? How many % are those tests accuracy?

No worries, you can't get hiv when you used a condom so there was no need to test for hiv.
HSV is not related to HIV. Neither is hpv related to hiv. It seems you are trying to figure if there is a connection between all these diseases but you shouldn't be doing that because it is making you worry about nothing.
You are negative for hiv so there is no hiv issue for you to be concerning yourself with. A person who does not use a condom only needs to be conclusively negative for hiv once then stop testing, however you have been wasting a lot of time testing for hiv that you had no risk for.
Cause I got HPV and sth seems like HSV2 even with condom , so I am worry that the condom failed and might at risk of HIV?
