I'm still confused

My only issue is that I am a gay male who exclusively practice oral sex. Normally, I prefer sucking ****. About a month ago a guy shot so much cum in my mouth and I have bleeding gums and sores in my mouth. Three days ago I found out this guy is HIV positive. I'm freaking out . Will I become infected especially if his viral load is high and the current mouth issues I have?

If you are still concerned about giving oral sex, insist on using a condom.  There isn't anything more we can say.  We don't provide continual reassurances or support for anxiety.
