Insertive Oral Sex and Long Deep Kissing

Does receiving Oral Sex and having a very long moment of deep kissing on a man with unknown status, does this activities put me a risk on HIV despite the internet says it is a low risk activity, do i need to have a test? my anxiety is killing me.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

NOTHING else you can think of would put you at risk for HIV, including deep kissing and oral sex.  Some sites list these activities as minimal risk out of an abundance of caution, but they are only theoretical risks, not actual risks.
