Insertive Oral Sex with Male of Unknown Status

Hi,
Thank you for all of the hard work put in to support this community. I appreciate any help and clarity you can provide. Much of what I will ask has been answered, however, hearing it directly helps.

On to my question. I am a married guy with a family who made a very regretful mistake and allowed a guy I didn't know perform oral sex on me. Only oral and use of his hand. He seemed to be in good shape no blood from what I could tell but it was a quick in and out activity. Worst day of my life knowing I did something so wrong. The oral was unprotected and lasted about 5-10 minutes max. I decided to end it by getting up and finishing on my own not in his mouth. The event happened on August 1st and he said he was recently tested however he was a guy with many personal ads on a website. So I don't know if I can trust his HIV status. He showed me a picture of his negative honor rhea and chlamydia test. Again not trusting it.
Since the event I was tested for Gonorrhea and chlamydia 2 weeks after. The doctor decided to treat me for it regardless of my result and gave me rocephine and doxycycline for 10 days. Could these drugs give me any side effects that I believe are HIV related?
On the 17th day I was tested for HIV using the DUO test and Syphillis.  All tests came back negative.
I have been suffering from very high levels of stress and anxiety for the thought of having HIV, possibly passing it to my wife and to our baby that is breastfeeding. Additionally, I believe my lymph nodes have swollen in arm pit, slight pain in area around groin almost in crease of leg and hip very full pain. Although the dr could not detect them swelling. I have had a mild sore throat almost dry, no fever and some tiredness. I have been so stressed and worried about this. My doctor ran a mono test because I have suffered from Epstein Barr before and wonder if my symptoms are related to that. July was stressful at work, working long hours etc. The one mono test came back negative however the dr said it is hard to test for and to watch my symptoms for another week. Ultimately I am in a state of hypersensitivity for the slightest issue with my body that I deem not normal.

Question 1: I think I understand that receiving oral sex is a very low risk or almost no risk action (various studies and expert DR.'s experience) and most have said no testing is necessary, however my symptoms are making me panic more. Is my scenario and current symptoms at all any different?  Am I just feeding the best with my stress? Mono can last weeks.

Question 2: is there any scenario short of lots of blood where HIV can be passed to a insertive partner. For example he recently acquired HIV in the previous few days or weeks prior to our meet And the virus is more potent?

Question 3: could my stress in July have led to a perfect storm a few days after the event making me feel bad I.e. Possible mono and therefore making me feel like I have HIV symptoms?

Question 4: based on various posts I see that "no person has ever caught HIV from insertive receptive oral". I assume I will be told I won't be the first, but what if I am.? This is not a prize I want to win.

Question 5: based on my situation would you get tested? Keep in mind my family. Of course I can test to calm my fear but is there a need to test?

Question 6: if the risk is .05 per 10,0000  and there are let's say 1 million blow jobs given a year with an HIV positive partner  then there should be some HIV acquisition notated right? If a person did receive HIV this way is the medical communication so widespread that all infectious disease doctors and forums like this would find out?

Again I appreciate your help as this is a great forum to communicate freely on. This is a difficult time as I am very scared and feel alone.

No it doesn't change my stance, because my stance is based on science. Symptoms are meaningless when it comes to HIV.

Vance thank you for you quick response. Since I am new to the site and viewing your profile I do not see very many details.  Please don't get upset with this question, I do not intend for this to come off rudely but what credentials do you have to make these statements? Are you a infectious disease doctor or MD or ....
Sorry for the question just curious to know if you are just a normal user who volunteers to help or have more knowledge and expertise?

Thank you. Yes I have scheduled appointments for counseling.
Ok so I should completely relax and feel confident I am not at risk for HIV and can continue relations with my wife etc?

1. You had no HIV risk

Your guilt and anxiety is what is controlling you now. Seek a therapist to help you.

The pain in my groin is not full pain but a dull pain. Typo above.
