Oral sex is not a risk for HIV. HIV is transmitted by unprotected vaginal or anal penetrating sex or sharing IV drug needles. Air and saliva inactivate the virus. You were at no risk for HIV from receiving oral sex. Your sore throat is unrelated.

What about months of diarrhea and GI problems? I even had diarrhea this morning still. Blood tests were normal. Isn't it a sign of hiv? My dry cough etc.

HIV prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 risks. The answer to my question which you have avoided answering is Nope, didn't do any of the 3. Therefore you don't have hiv, so at this point your anxiety is a bit of a mental health issue which is wasting your time thinking about this disease you can't have - seek therapy and continue working with your doctor to try to deal with your only physical health problem which is digestion issues.
btw, I had gastritis for 6 years and was on medication which helped a bit in conjunction with watching what I ate but it was a terrible sick feeling much of the time. Suddenly it disappeared, for no known reason, and I went back to eating as I had before. Using your logic that digestion issues prove you have hiv, then I had hiv for 6 years then it suddenly went away?

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air (mouth, lips, fingers, penis etc. which is not a risk for hiv) but your description indicates there was no penetration. No hiv worries, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. The timing is really odd, just after 2 weeks I started having diarrhea and weird stomach, it has been going on for 6 months. I'm really worried. I also have a dry cough for a week. Are you sure? I feel like my stomach aches and sometimes burns. I have no parasite my blood tests are normal.
Is diarrhea for months something normal? Weird stool and bowel movement?
