Irrationally Scared

I know full well that I'm being irrational here, but I'd appreciate an answer anyways because Im really nervous for some reason. I tried injecting heroin for the first time a few nights ago with some friends (NEVER AGAIN). I did it twice and each time, used a CLEAN needle (opened in front of me), but we shared the tourniquet. The water was tap water and poured fresh in a new container each time any of us injected. Despite all these precautions, Im freaked out. My two friends both say they've been tested and are clean, but assuming they aren't, what is the likelihood I could get HIV from them if the needle was dirty for some reason?

Thank You!
