You've had other posts here which I am sure at that time you were told what the risks of transmitting HIV are. They include and ONLY include unprotected vaginal or anal penetrating sex or sharing IV drug needles. Sharing IV drug needles is much different than a needle poke or stick. It includes INJECTION which is different than STICK. You can not get HIV from a surface. Air inactivates the virus. So, the end of a needle that is exposed to air as it absolutely would be is not going to be infectious if stuck into you. IF that even happened. Which it probably didn't. Do you suffer anxiety in general? Do you have health anxiety? I'm guessing that you may and if so, that is what you need to focus on. Treating the anxiety disorder so that irrational fear doesn't grip you like this.
This is a very irrational conclusion to draw based on finding a random pimple on your body. Please seek therapy for your unnatural HIV phobia because it's clear that you did not have a risk here and you are inventing unrealistic scenarios in your mind to explain skin bumps that were most likely either already there or popped up like regular skin things that pop up from time to time.
