Is PCR RNA test conclusive after 3 weeks?

I did PCR RNA test for HIV on 21st day.

Doctor said this test includes 24 different tests.
Can detect HIV even if there is low viral load - 1 virus per 100,000 cells.

Test result is NEGATIVE.

Still going to do HIV Combi ECLIA test 28th day but wanted to know whether PCR test is reliable.

You have asked this question a few times before, so should refer to the old advice.

I think they are giving you a little extra latitude here posting because you had an actual risk.  I understand you are anxious but it is time to stop obsessing about this. You have a negative on a test that is considered conclusive at 10 to 12 days after exposure.  You're past 28 days if you still care to take a 4th generation DUO test but it will be negative too. Congratulations, you do not have HIV. This is expected considering how small the risk actually is from a single event as we've told you. You should now let this go.
