Is Rna Hiv Test Accurate?

I have posted a previous question in regards to my potential exposure (and the guys on here have deemed it a no risk situation) but have decided to go through with testing as there are a lot of variables that im not 100 percent about. I just recently went for the RNA HIV test yesterday (14 days) and I was wondering how accurate that is? I am also planning on going for 4th Gen Duo at 4 weeks.

"My anxiety has gotten the absolute best of me. Made an appointment with psychiatrist as I am absolutely obsessing over this."
The solution to your problem is straightforward, so continue seeing the psychiatrist instead of wasting your time with your science fiction his theories - which is unrealistic for you to believe can become reality since you don't have any training in biology research.

I hear you anxious. I really do. But I have a wife, a child. I cant take the risk. I need test results before I can move forward. I am actively back in therapy starting this week. And have been in contact with my therapist all week. But given that you have the word anxious in your name Im sure you can relate.
"I need test results before..." No this is a waste of time pretending you are doing something useful.
You might as well test to see if she made you pregnant.
I know. My risk seems negligible. But on the off chance I'm misremembering any of the events as I described though I feel like I have to test. I cannot live with the possibility of infecting my wife. And I wouldnt be able to live with guilt on top of anxiety. I'm taking the rights steps I feel in seeking out therapy to deal with the anxiety. But until I can actually sit down in a session I'm crumbling. I really hope to change my name from worriednjman to anxiousnomore2 but as of now I just need to know the accuracy or said tests. So I can put this behind me.
And I really mean no disrespect as ive said before I really do appreciate this forum and the people on here who have taken time to answer my asinine risk assessment.
There are no variables so your claim is incorrect. Perhaps your doc will give you Ativan until your therapist can help, so there is nothing else to say because this is an hiv prevention and your problem is anxiety which is a mental health issue at this point.
It is. Thanks anyway anxious. Appreciate the tough love and not feeding the anxiety monster in me. Hopefully 4 weeks from now I can come back and say the tests are clean. Like I've said multiple times this is an amazing platform and you guys nothing short of amazing.
