Is a 4th generation combo HIV test done 61 days after any type of risk conclusive?

Just to know about window period using HIV 4th generation combo test

Yes, it would be conclusive.  HIV testing accuracy and timing has no relationship to the risk.

If your friend has other questions, he can make an account and ask.  We don't usually dive into detail for "by proxy" questions like this - "for a friend."

28 days.   From your history here, though, it doesn't sound like you have ever had a risk for HIV.

What was your risk? anal vaginal or oral and did you use a condom?
