     I search on internet for hiv infections.Someone said that phimosis can be infect hiv easily even no sextual behavior but just the foreskin touch the secretion in which contain virus.Is that ture ?Is it possible for phimosis person getting infected in vitro? I am confused cause I am phimosis and my glans cannot  exposed when my pennis erected. And my sperm touched the wet wipe which is not brand new and possibly have virus on it.under the circumstance, Is there still no risks for infect hiv. I trust you all for you are professional.
