Is hiv a scam?

Hello doctors, I have seen few people claiming that there is no research general which says that hiv virus can be detected. Only antibody kit is available which can detect some antibodies which anyways the body will generate if your immunity is low due to any disease such as tuberclosis or wateva and it show a positive test. A retro virus is the one with low immunity which makes your test positive.
After that the patient is given ART which further decrease his immunity and his test result always shows positive.
There is a patient who has stopped taking ART and went on a normal diet and tested negetive after sometime.

I am very confused that is it scam which came in 1984 which we call business of fear that time and now its coronavirus.
Logically I can see the business of test kits, mask and sanitizers.
A country which we call as China who never shares anything with world who has even blocked google youtube and facebook certainly started leaking its health conditions for whole world to see.
You are doctor so you can explain better.
I m even not sure whether doctors are allowed to speak truth as their degree might be taken and it is everything for them.

I know at least 10 people who have this virus. I bet you have never seen some one going through ARS.

This is not a conspiracy theory. It's another virus that science has not been able to find a cure for.

HIV a scam, no.  It's a documented disease that has gone through a long transformation with what we know about it and how it is treated over the years.  There aren't doctors here but we follow the opinions of expert doctors.  We currently have a global pandemic with thousands infected and thousands who have died from coronavirus.

Do you have an exposure you would like to ask us about?  Otherwise, yes.  HIV is real.
