Is it hiv

My exposure was 9 years back. Possibly anal penetration but im 50% sure it didnt happen as i didnt feel any pain. Im 21 years old now. Last year i experienced classic aids symptoms which im experiencing for over a year.i checked with gps, and had three hiv tests. Tridot(1 and 2) , western blot (1and 2) and pcr for hiv 1 all of which were negative. But im not convinced due to these symptoms. The western blot report said it was negative for all bands. There was a mild pink line in my western blot paper ,the hiv doctor said it was nothing but protein streaks and nothing related to hiv.

Doctors say i dont have hiv but im still experiencing plenty of symptoms. I deadass need help .

One thing that gives me hope is that , my brother and mom were infected with corona but i wasnt. We live together. Im worried for over a year. Im not sure yet.

What should i really do now?

I wish they were fake . but nah theyre all real.
I lost muscle, i have shortness of breath. Like i was  an athlete im the complete opposite now.
I have vision problems.

Now i have checked with an eye doctor , who examined my retina and said nothing was wrong.

Two other gps conducted a lot of tests and said nothing was wrong.

The hiv specialist also said im negative but these symptoms are sooo sooo real.

I feel like im having aids related dementia . my intelligence is declining . i can see a significant change. This is hell.

My family dont believe me when i say im not well as the doctor says the opposite. I dont know what i should do next.

I wish these symptoms would go away and i can just be who i was.

All doctors have told you that you have no problems. Your family agrees with the doctors and no one can diagnose from here, so it doesn't matter how many times you post what you claim are symptoms because  no one here will pay attention to your claim of being sick.  Maybe you should see a therapist for help before you see more doctors.
btw, this is an hiv prevention forum and you don't have hiv so there is nothing left to discuss.
No one is suggesting that the medical problems you are experiencing aren't causing you issues, whether they are due to a physical ailment or a psychological ailment.  However, as mentioned, HIV has been definitively ruled out as a cause, so there is nothing further our members can add in this HIV prevention forum.

You wrote this and should take your own advice, since you had no exposure. "And no , no symptom is hiv specific. It could be due to plain anxiety.
Please dont google symptoms.
Almost all of us have had these fake symptoms."

Wow, nine years ago and still fretting.  Not to mention that it probably didn't happen.  As said, if you had no pain, anal penetration likely did not occur.  You do sound anxious and therapy can really help that.  People can do it online these days and that is something you may want to consider.

You should forget about HIV and move on with your life.  If you aren't able to do that, seek the assistance of a professional counselor.

Your tests are conclusively negative.  You didn't have "classic AIDS symptoms" a year ago, or you'd already be dead without treatment.  If you had no pain, the chances of you having been anally penetrated are approximately zero.
