Is it possible condom breakage/failure would not be noticeable?

With reference to my title, do you think this is possible, my exposure was intercourse (once) with a CSW in Paris, I did wear protection, there was slippage so therefor I could not assess if the part that slipped was damaged in anyway, my recollection has now become very faded.

I have had recurrent mouth ulcers since (exposure about 6mths ago) and have read that mouth issues can be a sign of HIV infection and lead to testing being recommended if an exposure has occured, is this correct?  I am also aware this could be caused by stressing over the incident.

I have also had a persistant discomfort in my groin, like something is pressing against something, could this be related, if it was a swollen lymph node related to ARS or HIV would it last this long.  I do play football so it may also be a strain of some sort.

I would appreciate your time if you could answer my questions.

Kind regards.
K
