Ya, what curfewX said. The only ways you get HIV is from unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles. Not lipstick. Not even oral sex. Air and saliva inactivate the virus.

But can anyone get the virus if the hiv infected blood gets on their penis?
Please re-read the ONLY two ways you can get infected, which I listed above. Blood getting on the penis is not one of those ways.

You CANNOT get HIV from lipstick, no matter what. Blood outside of the body is zero risk for HIV.
Do not have unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse with someone of unknown HIV status, and do not share intravenous needles with other people, and you will NEVER have to worry about HIV.
