Is there any HIV risk

So recently, I had a non penetrative sexual encounter. But during it, heo masturbated his penis and then he started fingering me on my anus. I recently had surgery close to the anus but they already removed the stitches. I don't know if there was precum in his finger but if there was, is there risk? Thanks in advance

The only risks for HIV are to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or share IV needles. Air inactivates the virus so fingering is never a risk. What you describe is no risk and as CurfewX says, no penetration = no risk.

No penetration = no risk.

HIV does not transmit via fluids that have been exposed to the environment. You cannot get HIV from a finger, or any other body part, except genitals, EVEN IF those body parts have fluid on them.
