HIV blood draw question

I went for a blood draw for iron test today and little paranoid about it.
I usually observe what they do whether they are using a new needle how they perform the blood draw and so on. Today during the blood draw she started talking to me and I got distracted and didnt observe  whether she used a new needle or not and started thinking about it after I got home. This was at quest diag

Were there any hiv transmission incidents via blood draw. Am I too paranoid, do I even need to think about this incident.  How fresh the blood in the needle have to be for the hiv transmission to happen via blood drainage process

You had no risk. As you've already been told by Dr. HHH, labs do not reuse needles and there is no chance that they would infect you.

What I don't understand is why you're asking this again on here after you received a very thorough response from the doctor who is literally one of the leading experts in HIV prevention.
