Is this a hiv symptom?

Hello,

Since more then a month now, it is difficult for me to get an orgasm and when I do have an orgasm, the ejaculation is very small.

Also I have a much smaller desire for sex now.

This is not normal for me.

Is this a symptom of hiv?

If you placed yourself at risk for hiv , the only way to know is to get tested. Even for the highest risk behaviour, the chances of you testing negative are more.
Risks include
1) Un protected vaginal and anal sex. oral transmission has occured but only in rare cases

2)Sharing needles.

And coming to your question, it isnt a hiv symptom. It seems like stress and anxiety would be the cause .

It was never an HIV symptom. Suggest you to see a Psychiatrist to get your prevailing issue addressed
