Is this a risk?

Hi, so I was playing basketball and I always wipe my face sweat with the my shirt when playing.   In a recent instance, I wiped my face and looked down after and saw blood on my shirt which wasn't mine.  If I had wiped that spot into my eye, would that be a risk of infection if that blood contained HIV?  I've read where blood splatter to the eye is a possible risk.   Do I need to get tested?   Thank you for your responses.
