Is this situation risky?

Say A and B never had sex, never gave each other oral or anal sex. But A had a girlfriend before with whom he was sexually active. B had a boyfriend, but she never indulged in vaginal, anal or oral sex with anyone. A and B start making out, and A rubs B's clitoris very aggressively , and later turns her around and rubs his penis on her butt . What are the chances of HIV? If A's fingers have cuts that are fresh and bleeding and if he ejaculated on B's anus.

There is no risk for hiv transmission except if the wound was few seconds fresh and big enough and the amount of blood was enormous. Even then the risk would be low.
Its simple. Just remember that Hiv can only be transmitted via :
Unprotected anal or/and vaginal penetration, By sharing drug works,From mother to child.

So if in any case, while fingering and rubbing the clitoris, if blood flows into the vagina, there is no risk of disease?

Could you please clarify how passage of blood through open cuts or likely ejaculation are risk free.
