It's happening to me, please answer me

I had sex with a girl that I learned that she's HIV POSITIVE later on and I'm very scared to test and don't want to cauz I'm convinced that I have it

Thankfully I used a condom during the act, like from 0 to 10 but I kept asking about the girl because when I put the condom on my penis wasn't fully erected.... but when it got erected I put it in,,, but after I went to the toilet and took the condom off I saw this white thing on my penis that looks like precum and I don't know if it was from me or her so I think that something leaked in...

I'm having those red dots rn that are all over my body... I don't know what to do so please answer me if this was a risky exposure or not...?

please note that the condom did not break and did not slip off my penis

You used a condom,  urethra was protected, no scope for what ifs' you were adviced the same before.  Nothing will change that fact.  There is nothing more to add to this.  No one can help you much here on the internet. Seek help if you can't accept the truth.

So sir you're saying that i had no hiv risk?
You asked about this last month, so it is odd that you think the advice can change. See a therapist because at this point your anxiety is a bit of a mental illness, and it can get worse if untreated.
