If all of them don't have HIV, then you don't have any chance even it's unprotected.
But the problem is, how do you know if they're really HIV-? Even if they're honest, they could still get HIV during the window period, which would be undetectable by the test by then, and then pass it to you. That's why you should wear a condom right.
If you have a concerned exposure, go test at 3 months post-exposure to get a conclusive result on your HIV status.
SORRY I POSTED MY LAST POST WITH SOME INCOMPLETE INFORMATION......
MY QUESTION WAS -
So you mean to say is if we are having thousands and crores or unlimited no. of sexual partners and we are involved with them in EVERY kind of - even UNPROTECTED - sexual relationship like Anal, vaginal, oral etc.,BUT NONE OF OUR PARTNER IS HIV+, all of our sexual partners are not infected with HIV/AIDS and we are even doing UNPROTECTED SEX with them, then we can't get contracted with HIV/AIDS. IS THAT TRUE???//
No, you or your partner should wear condom right when it comes to vaginal/anal sex with an uncommitted partner because you just don't know whether he/she's HIV+ even when he/she's honest. Just wear a condom right and as long as it doesn't break you won't have a chance of contracting HIV even when he/she's HIV+, that's it.

You can't contract HIV without the person being HIV positive. To avoid contracting HIV use a condom correctly and consistently until you are in a monogamous relationship and both of you have tested together.
