Kissing, oral, frottage, nipple play

Hi,
I met a guy off of a hook up site in Cairo. The following happened:

1. We had heavy kissing. I saw that after we were done, he had a small cut on his lower lip. I did not see any visible blood coming from the inside of his mouth.

2. I gave him unprotected oral sex for about 10-15 mins.

3. He fingered me using his left hand without any Lubrication. He kept going back and forth touching his penis then fingering me.

4. He bit my nipples really hard causing bruising and red marks. Still hurts today.

5.  We had heavy contact between each other. He rubbed his penis on my buttocks and near my rectum but he never went inside of me. I haven’t had anal receptive sex in more than a year so i know i would’ve known if he had gone in. Plus, he kept asking if he could but i said no. He also rubbed his penis near my penis.

I asked if he was negative and he said he was and that he was on prep, taking a pill 3 times a week. I asked about it since in the US it’s a pill daily, but he said that’s how he had it set up. My paranoid self started to research prep in Egypt, but couldn’t find anything.

The day after I asked again to see if he was negative and said he forgot to say something. He then said he was hiv positive. Then after he said he was kidding.

Irrespective of his health status, your risk did not exist, because all the risks are estimated using one basic assumption, "One of the partner must be HIV+". None of the activities you mentioned, puts you at HIV risk.

You do not need any test or any medication. Stay calm, relaxed and move on with your life normally.

For HIV transmission via sexual route, it has to be unprotected anal and / or vaginal sex ONLY

Thank you. One thing that I did notice that I forgot to mention was that I believe I saw a blood stain on his T-shirt after we hooked up. Not sure where it came from but am freaking out that there was a cut somewhere, possibly his finger and that he inserted that finger inside my rectum. He was on top of me facing each other a majority of the time we were having sex.
Also does it change things if I have HSV1 and HpV?
1. Forget blood stain on T Shirt, it has nothing to do with HIV
2. HSV1 and HPV may possibly increase the risk if open the blisters come into closed contact with the infectious fluids, otherwise not.
Including pre-cum? I don’t think I had any blisters in or around my mouth....but this info is good to know.......so transmission could potentially happen if I have a blister and provide oral?
Don't worry, no one got HIV from that in 40 years of HIV history. It is effectively killed in air and also in saliva so that is 2 killers doing one job so you are well covered.
I have had diarrhea since Monday, yesterday was the first day where my bowel seemed to be normal. However, today it feels like it will come back.

I have itching on my buttocks and scrotum area. Also have a sore throat.

Really scared.
See your doctor since this is an HIV forum and you don't have HIV. Your symptoms are experienced by billions of negative people just like you so perhaps you will need a therapist that the doctor can refer you to.
