Licking, frotting, precum, hiv risk

Hi, today I licked my partner penis who is hiv positive and I am negative. He only started his medication for a month. Also our penis rubbed against each other and he rubbed his precum on my urethra tip. And I also notice I kinda had and abrasion on the shelf of my penis which I am circumcised. I was concern if I am at risk of hiv infection?

No risk. HIV can be only transmitted in specific conditions, inside of the body and through direct contact with the bloodstream. Either of the above mentioned doesn't suffice your event, therefore there is no risk that can be associated. Testing is not recommended for this event.

Even if my broken skin on my penis shelf rubbing quite an amount of his precum?
-Unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse.

-Sharing needles to inject drugs with other users.

The above 2 are the only situations where you could risk your self to an HIV transmission. Any other permutation is redundant. It is time for you to move on.
