Losing weight and back discomfort

I might been expose to a ex-boyfriend. I got tested in March (negative) . Last exposure was End of
February can i still be hiv if i'm losing weight and have back discomfort with uti?

your symptoms are not indicative of early infection.

as stated above...test at 3 months for a conclusive result...your test was too early.

Could be unrelated however if you take a test now you will have a conclusive result if your exposure was in February and my mathematics serves me correctly (conclusive results can be obtained from testing at 12 weeks post exposure).
