Love bites on my lips & ears

Dear Doctor & Forum members,
A couple of days ago I went out for a bachelor party, where a stripper performed me a private dance. She was playing with icecubes during the dance and bite my lips & ears a couple of times. We were not kissing. Although I did not taste blood, later on I found a small wound on my lips. I don't remember if it was already there, but most probably it was a result of one of her bites. We did not kissed and did not have sex in any forms (oral, vaginal or anal), but I am worrying about HIV, HPV or any STDs, that I might have received during the night.
Do I need to get tested?

Can you please help me?

Thank you for you reply. In fact, the sore on my lips might have been bleeding, when she bite me again, but I am not sure. I am confused.
Isn't it a risk then?

Thank you in advance
