Low WBC, Tonsillitis

I gave unprotected oral sex in October of last year. Four days later, I came down with a severe case of tonsillitis, and my doctor checked for mono, strep throat, and gonorrhea, all of which came out negative. Today, I found out I have a low WBC (around 1500). Is it possible I might have contracted HIV during that encounter?
