Masturbation CAN spread HIV

Hello, i'm Audi, male, 25, from Indonesia...
i always believe that solo masturbation is a completely safe sex and carries no risk for HIV and other STD's.
but recently, i read an article saying masturbation is risky. here's the link to the article : http://****.com/showthread.php?t=2938

my questions would be :
1) Is it true that masturbation can spread HIV? i get so worried after reading it.

2) I often masturbate in public internet cafe, can i get HIV from this activity ( assuming the user before me, was HIV +, masturbated too and ejaculated, and his sperm was all over the computer and i touched it, then i masturbate ) ? what is my risk from this activity?

I know this might sound a bit crazy, but please answer my questions. i am very panic right now.

Thank you very much

You can find all KINDS of incorrect info on the internet, people are very uneducated when it comes to HIV.  No, masturbation would NEVER EVER be a risk for HIV.

You didn't find anything odd about this?...

Dr. Costizski elaborated: "Let s say you have HIV, so like a good citizen you refrain from having sex with others, and you masturbate instead. Bad idea! Our data indicate that you can infect yourself with HIV by doing this."

Famed AIDS expert Dr. Robert Gallo, who in 1984 concluded that HIV caused AIDS when he found the virus in 36 percent of the AIDS patients he studied, but not in the other 64 percent, praised Costizski s logic. "I can t find a single flaw in it," he said.

Dr. Anthony Faust, head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, announced an immediate crackdown on masturbation. "This is a public health emergency and we ve got to take strong measures," he said.

Gallo agreed. "Congress needs to act and act now," he said. "If masturbation can spread the AIDS virus then it must be outlawed, with all violators given stiff prison terms."

President Bush has called an emergency meeting of the National Security Council to deal with the matter. The Southern Baptist Convention and Pope John Paul II have praised the study and pledged their assistance in dealing with the crisis.

A "crackdown on masturbation"?  Really?  Come on now.  That's so completely ridiculous.  Stiff prison terms for masturbation?  Okay then..I'd like to see how that would work.

Time to shut off your computer!

masturbation is totally safe sex.

transmission REQUIRES penetration...it happens INSIDE the body, when a penis is INSIDE a vagina / anus.
