Masturbation in sea water

I ' ve read numerous times in the forum that masturbation has no risk even if there are small cuts and stuff. But I 'd like to ask a theoretical question: If somone is masturbated in the water (sea water) by someone of unknown status does it increase the risk?

masterbation is not a risk...whether you're in the sea or the tub :)
