Menstrual blood contact on penis head while changing condom

Hello Doc,
45 days before i had sex with CSW in dubai. We had protected vaginal sex and unprotected oral sex. But i have changed 3 condoms during the sex. That Csw had her periods and i hope the menstrual blood contact with my penis head while change the condom through my hand. Every time had a oral sex after remove the old condom and afterwards new condom used. During this situation i hope her menstrual blood contact with my new condom while i changed through same hand old one removed. I am worried about hiv transmition. Kindly advise. And i dont have her contact so i cant to verify her status and she is on visit visa in dubai. So probably no medical checkup performed before entering and she is indian. Kindly advise is there any chance of contracting hiv. I need to take hiv test or not. Please advise. after this with in 2 weeks small acne raised on my back nearly 10. And i have temperature around 37.5 max all the time. Feeling sore throat but not severe. Kindly advise.

HIV is transmitted by
1) having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous drug needles with other people.

You cannot get HIV from the event you mentioned.  Touching blood and then touching any other part of your body, including your penis, is NOT a risk for HIV.  HIV transmission only happens inside the body - when an unprotected penis is inside a vagina or anus.

I need to take test or no need for above mentioned situations
There is no reason to test for a disease that you cannot possibly have.
Sorry to ask again because i have read virus can live for days even a dried blood also if blood contacts with inner foreskin and head of penis means it can easily enter for uncircumcised mens. In my situation blood can be placed on inner side of condom so after worn that it may contact with these areas possibly. So i got worried about this situation. Please advise for this last question.
Am i at risk for contracting hiv?
Do i need to take test or not need?
That is absolutely incorrect.  No matter how many times you ask, the answer will be the same - you were NOT at risk for HIV.
Thanks for your kind advise Doc
