Hola buenas tardes. Quisiera contarle mi caso, estuve con una prostituta, con preservativo pero este se rompio en medio del coito, ella se dio cuenta e inmediatamente saque el pene, pero ahi note que efectivamente glande estaba cubierto de sangre y ella me respondio que estaba menstruando. Al instante le pregunte si no estaba enferma y me contesto que no. Estoi super preocupado por esta situacio , me lave inmediatamente le heche alcohol . Mi duda es si estoi en riesgo de haberme contagiado de vih y no saber si ella es portadora. Que podria hacer?  Muchas hracias por su atencion

Otherwise, you can take a 4th or 5th generation HIV test 28 days (or longer) after this event for your conclusive result.  For future reference, there is no need to wash your penis, especially with alcohol, following any sexual event.  You cannot wash off or disinfect any STDs or HIV, and alcohol will only irritate your penis.
