HIV possibility after hand job

Hi, 20 weeks ago i went a massage parlor and had a handjob. She poured oil on my penis and I put my finger inside her vagina and touched my penis immediately, licked her nipples(not sure whether she is lactating or not). I moved on thinking its not a risk at all and had sex with my partner 13 days after. My wife has been having for past 2 weeks she had a bad rash on her back which looked like hiv rash picture in google and having diaherea , sudden tiredness and so on. Those symptoms made me scared and I had a 10 test panel with hiv 4th gen and HIV RNA tests at 18 weeks and 20 weeks after exposre from 2 diff labs. Both times all the tests came back negative.

Is there still a chance that am infected with HIV and I transmitted to my wife when I had sex with her 13days after my exposure. I am perticualry scare since I touched inside her vagina and touched my penis during my exposure at the parlor.
Are my tests completely consluve at 18 and 20 weeks and I didn't catch any STD, also any chance they are not detectable at 20 weeks but still infect the partner.

For a complete no risk situation if you decided to take tests, it had to be conclusive because you were never in a window period. Therefore, all your tests were conclusive from day 1.

Your real issue is probably HIV paranoia due to guilt, see a therapist for addressing that.

First - there was no PRACTICAL RISK . hiv is only spread by unprotected vaginal, anal sex and sharing needles.

First testing wasnt necessary. Second even if we assume there was a risk, a 4 th gen test is conclusive at 4 weeks itself. You have a pcr and 4th gen test at 18 weeks, you are definitely hiv negative. No further testing is required.

Hi thanks for your response and confirming that 4th gen and RNA is conclusive at 4 weeks. My main was whether there is any chance that it doesn;t get detected by those tests at 18 and 20 weeks
