Mouth touch cut on penis hiv risk??

Hi went to sex crusing pub. One guy came he sucked my nipples and meanwhile he was masterbating with his hand. Suddenly he went down trying to give me oral. I pushed him aside. But I remember his mouth touched my penis fraction of second. Then I wear a condom for oral. He though I want 2 have sex. So started brusingi his buttek on my penis. I didn't have anal sex but I put the penis in his legs with condom. But there was so much crowed so I left within 2 min. After coming home when I washed my penis with some alcohol it burnd a lot. I ignored and master bated before sleep. during again it pained. I found there is a small scratched on the penis. I could see some flesh.not heavily bleeding but tiny blood came if I pressed. My concerns are what if the guys teeth had made this. Am I risk of hiv??? It's more than 10 days I am having cold sore throat. Forgot 2 mention. 1 hour before this episode I applied lidocaine spray as I have PE issue. Do u think I should tested if yes which test will be conclusive. Last month i did all std including hiv elfa as a routine and all came negetive. I never do unsafe sex so feeling very anxious. Waiting 4 reply Regards

Could you comment on this. I am still having mild fever.

You didn't do unsafe sex so you don't have HIV risk and you don't need to test, so try to relax because you are going to be ok.
If his mouth touched your penis for a fraction of a second it is unlikely he cut it. Besides, oral is not a risk for HIV because the virus is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva, so it wouldn't matter even if he did. Touching and sucking nipples is also no risk for the same reason.
There is no reason to use alcohol on your penis because Hiv is already inactivated and that burning a lot is because it was hard on the skin.
Only sex risks for HIV are unprotected ana or vaginal that is penetrating and you didn't do either of these so you are ok.

Can I have normal sex life with my partner. Since this incidence I am tooo scared. I have mild fever but I am thinking it's weather change (hope so)
The wound/scratch has healed. But sometime it pain.
