Multiple CSW Encounters, Unprotected Oral ,Protected Vaginal

Hi,
Feeling the Guilt of visiting Prostitutes/Escorts.Now realizing Value of Life.......
In last 3 months total 4 encounters, In  all encounters i had licked their Vagina  & Probably Would have swallowed their vaginal fluid . Also i have deep kissed them ( All encounters), In 2 encounters i had taken blowjob from them Unprotected  Penis.
Concerns:

1. Their HIV status is unknown to me, And i HAVE LICKED THEIR VAGINAL probably swallowed their fluid while licking-  Chances of contracting HIV ? You guys will say saliva inactivates, but still if her viral loads are high then ?

2.Put My Uncovered penis in her mouth and ejaculated in 2 cases, But both oral were brief (Lasted hardly for a minute)

As far as I remember in all encounters, None of the condom ripped /Slipped in Vagina, so penis was intact , But whevver i read something like HIV detected after 2 yrs on internet , 1 yrs,..it scares me... also whatever happens with me i always end up  by linking it with hiv (Like i have blisters on my tounge  which is sign of hiv.... )

Kindly guide.....i am not at peace at all...its been more than 30 days since my last encounter , should i get tested ? CAN UNPROTECTED ORAL GIVE YOU HIV ? INTERNET IS FILLED WITH DIFFERENT  opinions....

Nothing that you describe puts you at a risk for HIV.  irrespective of your sexual partner being HIV positive and having high viral load,  oral sex - giving or receiving wouldn't be a risk.

Saliva is not infectious. The information on the internet is not that complex to understand, some experts and mostly some self proclaimed experts posting on another site say that oral sex is low risk because there have been couple of documented cases of individual acquiring HIV through 'performing' oral sex, the credibility of this information is questionable.  These experts want to be conservative in their approach and cover their rears by stating it is a low risk. We here at medhelp convey practical information mostly gathered from what the doctors here on the panel have advocated.

The good news is,  there's been not even a single documented case in the history of HIV stating that someone has contracted the virus from receiving a BJ.

You yourself have identified your problem,  it is 'GUILT' and not HIV. You do not need to test.  Testing might lead to another ordeal of problem accepting test result. The corrective measure for you is to see a counselor and fix your emotional issues.

Every thing leads to thought of HIV because you have incessantly searched about it all over the internet and now you relate every thing you read to your ownself. You have conditioned your mind to think about HIV every moment by planting a stigma or fear of death due to HIV.

Seek help in case you are not able to think rationally. You do not have HIV.

This answers all of your HIV questions, and if you can think of any more just reread about the 3. You had zero risk therefore  testing is irrelevant to your situation because you had zero risk. HIV is a fragile virus, which is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis
3. sharing needles that you inject with.
The only way to get HIV is if you did one of the 3. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. Doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor, therefore no one will get HIV from what you did in the next 40 years of your life either. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so no detail that you can add to your encounter will change it from zero risk.
If condom fails, it is a large rip down the seam and hangs in tatters so that didn't happen. Your fears are groundless.

We rely on the opinion of expert doctors, so don't pay attention to whatever site you located  or we will be arguing all day. If you don't believe the science then take a placebo test, collect your negative result and move on instead of googling for death all over the internet.
