Multiple insertive oral sex and other concerns

I received unprotected oral sex from a paid masseur in the shower. I also may have had some of his saliva get near my anus as i was sitting down. I gave him a handjob in return. Three days later, I received unprotected oral sex from 2 more male masseurs in the shower, different hours on the same day. I both gave them handjobs in return. One of the two squirted his semen in my hand. I washed it off but I'm not sure if I washed my hand thoroughly. I wiped myself off after the shower. Less than an hour of traveling later, I ate some fries and licked the flavor off my hands. This worries me since I didn't wash my hand thoroughly after the encounter where his semen went to my hand and it worries me more since I have a tooth cavity that hasn't completely healed yet.

Two weeks later, some spots looking like tiny pimples grew on my chest and arms randomly. They are not itchy, only some at first. Days after that, I started itching on random parts of my body especially at night. These are different and they look like mosquito bites, but goes away after a while. Then comes back but on different parts of my body then goes away again after a few hours (usually on my upper torso and arms).

Around 5-6 weeks after possible infection, there are some red rashes that formed below my right elbow that becomes quite itchy sometimes especially at night. There's also a few on my left.

Then after 6 weeks from possible risk, I found 2 small adjacent mouth sores/ulcers (inside my left cheek) but went away after 3 days. Then I had a weird feeling in my nose that kept me sneezing. On the next day, it turned into a sore throat, then later on, became cough with phlegm. I felt a little sick or weak then but my body temperature was still very normal.

7 weeks after possible risk, my shoulder joints sometimes ache alternately. I also think that there are a few swollen lymph nodes on my neck. When I look at the mirror, you can't see anything swollen, only if you touch and try to look for them. I'm not that sure if they are really swollen or they are just the way they are like before. Last night, I feel like I had a stiff neck which I think is due to those allegedly swollen nodes but that feeling is now gone this morning. Up until now, the rashes are slowly healing maybe because of the Dermovate cream I applied the other day, but the "mosquito bites" still appear randomly but not that much like before. This morning, I woke up with sweat. Even though this happens to me normally when it's hot, I'm just surprised because I had a little air conditioning. As I am typing right now, I feel a little tingling in my fingers/digits.

Looking at everything that has happened or is happening to me, I fear that these are symptoms.

I would like to emphasize that I only RECEIVED oral sex from these 3 paid masseurs which are like sex workers which are possibly infected.

What do you think of my exposures and symptoms? I am very worried. Should I get tested? Please do answer. Thanks!
