Mutual masturbation and Deep french kissing HIV risk? Please help!

I had an unprotected sex with a person of unknow status, but 106 days later (14 weeks) to be precise, I tested negative. Dring the window period I did have 3 protected intercourse with that same person.

I recently deep french kissed the person using very deep tongue play, as well as biting. I also engaged in mutual masturbation.
I have had a sore throat and dry cough, and so I extremely stressed about a possible exposure.
My questions are as follow and thank you for taking time to answer them:

1. Is my 3 and half month test conclusive about my Negative status?
2. My 3 protected intercourse with that person during the window period pose no risk at all? Or should I get tested again at 6 months?
3. I haven't noticed any blood in her mouth, but I do have a small wound on the lower part of my gum. Does it pose a risk in transmission during the french kissing?
4. While I do know that handjobs never pose any risk, (i didn't let her touch the tip of my penis) but I had some of her vaginal secretion on my hands. I usually eat my nails and skin surrounding it, and so have the usual dried blood on them. If she is HIV+ can it pass through the wounds?

Thank you for your time and asnwers.

1.  Yes, your test is conclusive.  You do not have HIV.
2.  No risk at all
3.  No risk at all
4.  No risk at all - it would have to be wound-to-wound contact, not fluid to wound contact, and even then, the wounds would have to be open and actively bleeding a LOT.  You would need medical care for that kind of wound, not just cuts or scrapes.

Sexually, HIV transmission requires unprotected penetration - a penis inside a vagina or anus with no condom - in order to transmit.  You can forget about any other incidents.
