NEED HELP!! AM I INFECTED?

-->im 25 year old male...i recently went through a break up and been sexually active from about about april to june. i have had unprotected sex with quite a few girls, most of them i would think are clean knowing thier background and so forth, but still..... but there are 2 that worry me, they seemed a lil shadey......   i havnt had any symptoms myself.... i had a sore throat a few months back that lasted about 2 weeks, but after recieving alergy medicine from my doctor its cleared up quickly, told me was probally a post nasal drip since i was always swallowing and that it was worse at nite as i laid on my back and the liquid pooled in the back of my trhoat causing it to be worse....  -->But now what worries me is, i havnt had sex since a lil before july, but i told myself July 1st to be safe and that i would be tested in 3 months to make sure...i recently met a new girl and i even told her that i be tested before anything happens sexually... well in the heat of the moment we had sex, but it was more of me grinding on top of her, and then penetrating every once and a while, i never came inside of her... we have done this twice. Also i have spit on my fingers and inserted in to her also. Now its been 3 weeks since the 1st time and a week since the second time, and she has developed a yeast infection, but to me seems more like a bacterial infection... she has had a yellow discharge. she took a medicine for it from the store, and the yellow went away and now continues to have a peach pinkish discharge, very minor itching with this also. she has appointment to see doctor, but i have read first signs of a woman being infected with HIV is a yeast or bacterial infection such as this... and she has only had a yeast infection once before like 10 years ago. So now im worried.
--> Ever since this has happened i have been freaking out that i might have infected her, and that my carlessness might have just ruined this poor girls life. What are the odds that i might have been infected from my previous partners i have mentioned? they were all one time occurences also. Also i am a very physical fit person, take vitamins and my nutrition is good, will that cause me to show no symptoms also?

well obvioulsy gettin my test is best way to know..... but im tryn to maybe give myself some hope of knowing other peoples experiences in having HIV and thier experiences of them first knowing they had it, and maybe the symptoms they had... waiting a week for my test is nothing but stress here for me, and its MUCH worse for her...not to mention my test will only be for 8-10 weeks and inconclusive...

I have no idea where you are getting your information but it is incorrect which leads you to spaz out. Get your test on the 4th and go from there.

ok this is her first time with a yeast or bacterial infection in over 10 years, i know could be 1 in million chnace she happen to get it now, but odds to me point else where, i know there is no definite symptoms for HIV... but my facts are not wrong, of the NUMEROUS searches i have done for first signs of woman being infected with HIV, and every single website i have visited had Yeast or Bacterial infection listed #1 on things to happen within 1 to 3 weeks from being infected.  She went to the doc today and they said she tested negative for 3 yeast tests i guess, whatever that means, im sure it was yeast and thrich and something else... and she waiting on results for her STD test...but according to her symptoms, none of the remaining STD's apply from what i read, from what i read Vaginosis seems to be the culprit. i dont think her doctor was very imformative to her about what they did.

whatever the case im really freaked, i get my test on the 4th, if i have HIV it will suck, i will deal with it, but there is no way in hell could live with myself knowing that i have infected this poor girl with HIV....no way in world i could live with myself knowing i did that.

or is it even a yeast infection, trichomonas infection, can indeed mimic a yeast infection. and needs to be treated accordingly, see a gynocologist for a definite diagnosis, hiv has no specific symptoms,
ab test are the only way to determine an hiv infection, a test taken under 12-13 wks is not conclusive, 6-12 wks is extremely highly reassuring.
i know its hard to wait it out, but hang in there.  ex worried well.

scaredgrl85 facts are not wrong at all. I just went and talked to three woman that are HIV positive and have been for years, not a one has had an increase in the number of times that they have gotten a yeast infection. One couldn't even think of the last time that she had, had a yeast infection. If she is having frequent yeast infections she should go see her gynecologist.

Many things can change the acidity of the vagina and boost the chances of a vaginal yeast infection. These include:

stress
lack of sleep
sickness
poor diet, or extreme intake of sugary foods
pregnancy
having your period
taking birth control pills
taking antibiotics
taking steroid medicines
diseases such as poorly-controlled diabetes and HIV infection

No, hoodat, you are wrong. Get 'ur' facts right. Yeast infections have been seen more more frequently in HIV+ women, but that is not a definitive symptom. There is NO DEFINITIVE symptom. Stop acting like there is. 1 yeast infection is not 'frequent yeast infections.' Go get your test. 12 weeks is conclusive (YOURS is NOT), but it will be reassuring and highly indicative.

i know its very common for them to get em...and ur facts are wrong, it does have to do with HIV if u look up HIV intial infection on woman, is frequent or severe yeast or bacterial infections........ it just worries me shes only had 1 before when she was like 16, and now all sudden shes 26 and she has had sex with me and a week to 3 weeks later she gets one..... its just the odds of that to me isnt likley to happen just by itself.   i go for my HIV test in a week... i think it will be about 8-10 weeks since exposure...is this a safe enough bet to know my test will be conclusive?

It's very common for a woman to get a bacterial or yeast infection. I've had a few, even before when I was a virgin, has nothing to do with HIV.

well i know it wasnt my finger, i just mentioned that meaning maybe bacteria from my spit being anything, non-STD, that coulda caused her to get this  bacterial infection down there.  its just weird that she never had gotten a bacterial infection before and all sudden a week to  3weeks after messing around with me she got one... she is really freaked out about this, she has only been with 2 guys ever and now im gettin so worried myself...i was never worried before until this has happened.

Eevery person is different it does not matter how physically fit you are if yu so symptoms or not.

I am a situation simliar to your, but I was tested neg 2 and 5 weeks. I will be getting an 8 and 12 week test just to be sure, but it as given me a little piece of mind.

I doubt you gave her anything it is like 1 for every 10,000 enounters to transmit with vag intercourse, and forget about you finger.

good luck bro...
