Need Help

Hi,
I had sex for the first with a sex worker last night. At first she applied condom on my penis and gave me a blow job. Then she used another condom over the previous one and then we had an intercourse with two condoms. After sometime when i removed my penis from her vagina(without Ejaculating) both the condoms slipt inside her vagina and my penis came out without the condoms. Seeing that she removed both the condoms from her vagina, then she removed the second condom(used for intercourse) and put the first condom again(used for blowjob) over my penis. I Ejaculated with the first condom inside her. Both the condoms were perfectly fine. I have been reading your forums since morning, my concern is:

1. What are my chances of getting infected from HIV/STD?

2. Does putting the same condom again increases the chances of HIV/STD?

3. I have been feeling guilty since morning. Please tell me If I be 100% allright? Do I need to undergo any HIV/STD test.

Please Help! I am really freaked out.
