Hey all,
I have recently posted on this community about how I was concerned about getting HIV. I had my first receptive anal sex with another man two days ago in a gay sauna and I did not ask the HIV status of my partner. Originally, I assumed the condom broke. However, as I did my research later, I realized the white gooey fluid that I found within my anus after anal sex was just likely to be rectal mucus. Although there was some blood, I believe this is only caused by the fact I am just not use to anal sex yet. I am now pretty sure the condom did not break as I clearly remember seeing the condom intact after my partner ejaculated and pulled out of me, even though I did not fully examine the condom myself. Besides, I did not feel any break or tear with the condom during the intercourse.
However, before I realize that the fluid I found inside my anus was likely to be anal mucus, I panicked and thought the condom broke. This prompted me to go to the doctor immediately and I began my PEP prescription 14 hours after the intercourse. Now I feel like I over worried and did not exactly need PEP.
I want to ask for some opinions here. Do you guys think there were chances that the condom broke? Am I at high chance of getting HIV?
Thank you very much.

Take care.
